All of the art is handmade to order, so please allow one to three weeks after payment is received for delivery. (Especially for artworks such as reproduction books, Ossuary skull boxes and bottles and jars). If artwork is needed sooner please contact email@example.com and I will try my best to get to you sooner.

All major credit cards, and paypal accepted. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
As of right now, all domestic US shipping is free. I reserve the right however to change this at any time.
I try to make the shipping as affordable as possible, I am aware that sometimes shipping is a factor when I decide not to buy something online, so I try as best as I can to keep shipping costs low.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. In the event of a suspected lost item please wait for 30 days, an email can be sent to email@example.com and any time to resolve any issues. At present USPS is used for all shipping. If you want your items shipped using UPS or FedEx please email with item wanted and shipping information, and I will get back to you with a shipping rate. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. At present www.ofgraveconcern.com is set up to process shipping within the United States, however international shipping is possible but will need to be negotiated by contacting us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
By looking through the art, and deciding to buy something on here, I am already grateful to you. Sometimes however things do not work out, and outside factors play a role. I want to make sure that everyone is satisfied and in the event that something does go wrong, I want to work towards a successful conclusion. With that in mind, items are entitled to be refunded or replaced if an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge upon receiving pictures of the damaged item, and packaging through email to email@example.com. Pictures will need to be sent on the day of delivery, or ASAP after delivery. Please read and take into account the description of the item before buying, as exchanges are also granted on a case-by-case basis. Again I state that it is my wish to resolve most issues amically, so email if there are any problems.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
Complaints and Questions
Any complaints or questions about artwork may be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. and I will do our best to reply ASAP, and with complaints come to a resolution which is beneficial for both parties. Each case will be looked at individually, ultimately I want the creating and selling of artwork to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, so with that in mind I desire to resolve issues amicably.
